Cleaning your jewelry

• Wash: Mix a few drops of mild dish soap with warm water. Soak jewelry for 15-30 minutes, then gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush to remove dirt.
• Rinse: Thoroughly rinse the jewelry under lukewarm water.
• Dry: Pat the pieces dry with a soft, lint-free or microfiber cloth.
• Polish: Use a polishing cloth to buff real gold or silver, but avoid using it on plated jewelry.

Shipment Insurance & Signature Requirement

For security purposes, a recipient’s signature is required upon delivery.

If the recipient is unavailable, the package may be held by the carrier or returned to us.
