1. Order Processing
All orders are carefully reviewed and verified to ensure payment authenticity and to prevent fraudulent transactions.
Processing times depend on the nature of your order:

Ready-to-ship items: Usually processed and shipped within 3â5 business days after payment confirmation.

Made-to-order or customized pieces: Require additional crafting time depending on design complexity, material availability, and feedback during the creation process.

Estimated production time: 4â12 weeks, or longer depending on design intricacy and production conditions.

If payment verification cannot be confirmed, your order may be delayed or canceled for security reasons.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

KARATKAIS ships worldwide via trusted carriers such as FedEx, DHL, or UPS, depending on your destination.
Estimated delivery times are:

Domestic (within the U.S.): 2â5 business days

International: 10â20 business days (depending on customs and location)

A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method.

Complimentary Domestic Shipping for orders over $500 USD

Complimentary International Shipping for orders over $1,000 USD

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by your country are the buyerâs responsibility.

4. Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping information is entered accurately at checkout.
KARATKAIS is not responsible for delayed or lost shipments resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to address errors, a re-shipping fee will be required to resend the package.

5. Shipment Insurance & Signature Requirement
All KARATKAIS shipments are fully insured until they are successfully received by the customer.
For security purposes, a recipientâs signature is required upon delivery.
If the recipient is unavailable, the package may be held by the carrier or returned to us.
In such cases, a re-shipping fee will apply for sending the order again.
Once a package has been signed for and marked as delivered, KARATKAIS is no longer responsible for any loss, theft, or damage.

6. Order Tracking
After shipment, customers will receive an email containing a tracking number and courier link.
You can monitor the delivery progress at any time.
For any special delivery requests (such as âhold for pickupâ or signature authorization), please contact us before shipment.

7. International Orders
International buyers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by their local authorities.
Customs inspections may cause additional delays beyond our control.
KARATKAIS cannot mark shipments as âgiftsâ or declare lower values to avoid import taxes.

8. Delayed or Returned Shipments
If your package is returned due to delivery failure, incorrect address, or unpaid import fees, we will contact you for re-shipment arrangements.
Additional shipping costs will apply.
Refunds are not available for items returned due to customer-related delivery issues.

9. Price Adjustments Due to Gold Market Fluctuations
Please note that made-to-order and customized pieces are priced based on current global gold and material market conditions.
If a significant gold price fluctuation or material cost change occurs during the production period, the final product price may be adjusted at the time of completion.
Customers will be notified in advance if additional payment is required before delivery.
