Cleaning your jewelry

• Wash: Mix a few drops of mild dish soap with warm water. Soak jewelry for 15-30 minutes, then gently scrub with a soft-bristled toothbrush to remove dirt.
• Rinse: Thoroughly rinse the jewelry under lukewarm water.
• Dry: Pat the pieces dry with a soft, lint-free or microfiber cloth.
• Polish: Use a polishing cloth to buff real gold or silver, but avoid using it on plated jewelry.

• U.S. mainland delivery: usually 3–5 business days
• Hawaii delivery: approximately 1–2 business days
• All shipments are insured and require a signature upon delivery for security.If the package is undeliverable or returned due to absence or incorrect address,re-delivery fees will apply.

Shipment Insurance & Signature Requirement

All KARATKAIS shipments are fully insured until they are successfully received by the customer.

For security purposes, a recipient’s signature is required upon delivery.

If the recipient is unavailable, the package may be held by the carrier or returned to us.

In such cases, a re-shipping fee will apply for sending the order again.
